A bit better than the last one I think. Still, loads to go. I think I finally managed to have some areas sharper.

  1. Nice gesture :D Looking better indeed ont he sharpness meter. The colours on this one is looking better too. In the other two you did you painted the shadows as just a darker version of what the base colour is. Try varying the hue (colour) a bit more so that a red armor doesnt have the same red (but darker)as its shadow. My tip is to look at other artwork that has a similar red in there and look at how they vary the colours in the shadows and in the main area. Colour pick them and look at what colour they actually are... this helped give me a feel for it.

  2. Thanks Ben! Yeah, what I've done for this one was just to get a photo of a very colourful bird and then, I colour picked the blues, the reds, the yellows and did a colour pallete. Then I got rid of the photo and applied the colour to my drawing. Anyway, I' m really happy with this one because I think it's a bit better than everything I did until now :D
